Cashew Chicken

What you need
1 boneless & skinless chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 small green bell pepper (cut into small square pieces)
5 slices ginger
1/4 onion (cut into small square pieces)
Marinade
1 teaspoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon rice wine/xiaoshing wine
Sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
3/4 teaspoon soy sauce

Chicken Broth - RICH

But then again, I can choose to make the broth the LAZY way - that’s to dilute a cube of chicken stock in water and VOILA - as good as the homemade ones. But … but … I rather have rich chicken broth so my food would turn out tastier.
