… to look back at pix taken in Malaysia during the last few years. It’s sad to see how we have all aged especially the older folks in the family. Was just checking pix taken the past few years, it saddens me to see my first aunt T.T … We really miss her
How nice if we live the life of a cartoon.

Almost every corner in Disneyland, you’ll see a Disney character posing with visitors. Most of the visitors are little children with an autography for their favorite character to sign. I felt like a BIG KIDDO queueing in line to take pix with Mickey. In fact, there was a father and daughter behind of me. The little girl was pushing me all the time - cant blame her because I think she was very EAGER to take pix with Mickey. So the father spoke some funny language with me - gesturing to me to let them go first. I gave him a nasty stare and said “Sorry, no.”. Politely, I told him to take his daughter back to their side. Guilty? ‘ell NO!

… how to handle my D90? It’s so different from my EOS. Now I have to read up the manual and begin my experimental journey soon. Would love to take some nice Christmas pix. Can’t believe that Christmas is just 1.5 months away … The days are so short … but right after Boxing Day - it should get longer again.
I love the dark because I can light candles in the yard, terrace and patio. I love candles but not the scented ones.
Today I went shopping on my own. Did grocery and candles shopping. Went to L’s shop. She was in a hurry to go to her warehouse to pick up something she forgot. So, we didn’t talk. Just hi and bye. The shop is rather empty in the middle of the day during weekdays. So shopping was a jiffy! Then I went to Norsu to buy more stuff before heading to another shop and then home.
It’s -4C now and I’m gonna watch my tvb series. Soon we are traveling again. I’m so excited! My boy will be very excited to be on the plane now that he understands what an aeroplane is.

We got our first snow this winter today. It’s still snowing but the temperature is above 0C - it’s not going to stay and it’s gonna rain the next few days … so it wont stay! Yay! I’m not ready for any snow at the moment. Too lazy to shovel and I still have a tool to buy to help me with the shoveling. Maybe tomorrow I should go get it.
We’re all sick. Hubby, two boys and I are down with a notorious flu! Eeeeyyuuuccck …

It was really cloudy and cold when I arrived at the Eiffel Tower. But the lousy weather did not deter the determination of the tourists to climb the gigantic tower which stands majestically in the city. The tower is located opposite to the Musee National Des Monuments. The last time I visited Paris, I also took pix of the Eiffel Tower from there. It has the most perfect view of the tower.

At the foot of the monument is a small carousel where people with little children could let their kids go on a ride on the colorful horses before the adults continue to snap away pix of the gorgeous tower. Seriously, when you’re traveling alone, it’s really not so difficult to get some strangers to take pix of you. Of course, you gotta tell them exactly what you want by showing them first the background they oughta snap on the lcd of your digital camera.
If you’re staying on the Left Bank, there are lots of lines that go there. I stayed in a hotel on Boulevard Saint Jacques - so I took M6 from Glaciere to Bir-Hakeim. From Bir-Hakeim station you still need to walk about ten minutes before you reach the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. In Paris, if you are asking for direction to the Eiffel Tower - the locals don’t understand what is Tower - so you gotta tell them you wanna go to Tour Eiffel.
The most convenient way to move around Paris is the bus and the metro. I was surprised how easy it was to hop on and off the bus to get from one point to another. I only took the metro whenever I had to go to somewhere far from my departure point.

I rushed to catch the train to Disneyland Paris from Glaciere early Saturday morning. So, I was left with a great hunger pang when I arrived at Disneyland. The first thing I did when I got into Walt Disney Studio was to stop by a kiosk to get this breakfast meal which cost me 5.50euros. One minute maid orange juice, cafe latte and croissant. Damn Disney! Money sucker!
I spent 30euros alone just for junk food in Disneyland. Unbelievable!

My two boys are down with flu. Yeah … just when I got home from my holiday. In fact, the older one already got it before I left. So I told the father not to take him anywhere … don’t balik kampung if he’s really not too well. But he was fucking adamant to take the kids back while I was away. So … now both are sick. Alright, his friggin excuse was to replace the summer tires. Anyway, I still don’t think the friggin winter tires are more important than the kids’ well being.
Guys really have no friggin idea that when the kids are not well - they are not supposed to be exposed too much to the cold. Rather recuperate at home.
