Cranky Domestic Goddess

Hubby is going to Orly for a week or two - not sure yet. Would like to tag along cuz it means I can take both my boys to Paris Disneyland =D No no … can’t possibly leave the younger boy with anyone. Don’t think anyone would wanna do me that favor while I go for a vacation =D But if I were to take them alone, it would meant my older boy won’t get to go on any rides because I have to keep an eye on the little one. Last year, we went to Lille. This year would like to go to Paris … but but …

Then hubby said when he comes back from Orly (that is if we do not join him), I can make a solo trip to London to see HW. Or else, we can all join him later in fall for a week or two to London … Hmmmm … that surely sounds very tempting - the solo trip, of course! It’s been a while since I was in London ALONE! During the past five years, thrice I was alone in London on my own … the rest of the times I was with my boy. Would definitely be nice to be alone once in a while, eh?

We’re now hoping for a trip to Amsterdam this fall. Would like to meet up with Mas in Eindhoven. Besides, I’m so used to Amsterdam because my hubby was posted there for a while and we (boy and I) had been going there so very often until last year. The hotel that we stayed with has a chauffeur service that drops us off in the city in the morning and pick us up in the evening. If hubby gets off work early, he would come and fetch us from the city … and take us to Hard Rock Cafe! Hubby is a huge HRC fan! There was once, he promised to meet us at 6pm for dinner but he turned up much later because of an emergency at work. So, I roamed the flower market (Bloemenmarkt) while waiting for him. I was surprised to see the flower sellers throwing away tonnes of flowers as they were closing for the day. I was even amazed to see working girls and women waiting at the corner to pick up the flowers. I picked up some and brought them back to the hotel. And so we had fresh flowers in the toilet and on dressing table for a week. *haha* Hubby wasn’t impressed =O

Anyway, still hesitating … Orly or London?

Hubby just told me that I got a packet waiting for me at the post office when I come back. It’s from S.

Ok, think I better stop this, otherwise mil will tell me to look after the baby by myself =D
