Last week, my hubby couldn’t come back for dinner few nights in a row, so I got tired of eating left overs. I decided to make lunch and dinner at the same time so that I wouldn’t have to cook twice in a day. Here’s what I had:


Springrolls with Thai Chili Sauce - which my boy loved to bits

Stir-fry Chinese cabbage with chilipadi and dried shrimps
Simple, fast and yummy! Also I got some pedas! *slurp*
