What you need:

2 pcs of chicken thighs
1 bottle of Rajah Tandoori Paste
1/2 lemon
1 cup of plain yoghurt
oil
salt

How you make:

Marinate the chicken thighs with half a bottle of the Tandoori Paste. Squeeze juice from the lemon and pour the cup of plain yoghurt in. Put in 2 spoonful of oil and a dash of salt. The amount of oil and salt added is solely of self-preference. Finally bake them in the oven at 250C for 30 minute to 45 minutes.

How you serve:

Basmati rice, salad of any kind
